Artiphishell ("we," "us") builds an AI-native application security platform. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Information you give us. When you request a demo or join the waitlist, we collect the details you submit — typically your work email address, company name, and role.
• Information collected automatically. Our hosting and CDN provider (Cloudflare) processes standard request data such as IP address and user-agent to serve and secure the site, including Cloudflare Turnstile to protect our forms from automated abuse. We do not use this to identify you personally, and we do not use analytics or advertising cookies or other non-essential trackers.

How we use it

• To respond to your demo or early-access request.
• To send you product updates you've asked for (you can opt out anytime).
• To operate, secure, and improve the website.

How it's stored and shared

Form submissions are recorded in Google Sheets and forwarded to our team by email so we can follow up. If you schedule a call, the details you provide are shared with our scheduling provider (Cal.com) to create the calendar invite and video link. We use these service providers (Google, Cal.com, our email provider, and Cloudflare) only to operate the site; we do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law.

Retention

We keep the information you submit for as long as needed to respond to your request and, if you opted in, to send updates — and then for a reasonable period afterward. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under GDPR and CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain uses. To exercise any of these, email legal@artiphishell.com and we'll respond promptly.
